Why the Chinese do not they separate the private life of public life as the French? A linguistic explanation:
"state" in Chinese: 国家 - Guo Jia, "country / family"
"everybody" in Chinese: 大家 - Da Jia, "great / family"
When the state is a "country family" and everyone becomes a "large-family", how could we separate the private life public life?
It would be a very interesting topic for further to know when these two vocabularies were well trained ...
